Refund and Returns Policy

At Shaylasuta, all jewellery pieces are crafted in 925 Sterling Silver and undergo quality checks before dispatch.

As a general policy, Shaylasuta does not accept returns or refunds for sold jewellery products.

Returns will only be considered under the following condition:

  • The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
  • The customer records a clear unpacking video from the moment the sealed package is opened
  • The damage is visible in the unpacking video

Any damage-related issue must be reported within 1 day (24 hours) from the date and time of delivery.

Since customers are required to record an unpacking video while opening the package, claims reported beyond 24 hours may not be accepted.


To process a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Complete unboxing video without cuts or edits
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Order number and purchase details

Claims submitted without an unpacking video may not be eligible for review.

Shaylasuta reserves the right to reject claims where the unpacking video is incomplete, unclear, edited, interrupted, or does not clearly show the sealed package opening process.


Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Design preference changes
  • Size expectations
  • Slight colour variation due to photography or screen display
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental handling

If a damage claim is approved after review, Shaylasuta may offer:

  • If a damage claim is approved, Shaylasuta may offer a replacement of the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

The final resolution will be determined after inspection and approval of the damage claim.

Shaylasuta does not offer refunds or returns except in cases of verified damage during delivery or where required under applicable consumer protection laws.


Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Shaylasuta is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery. Shaylasuta will not be responsible for claims where a tampered package is accepted without objection.

Shaylasuta reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims after reviewing the submitted evidence.
